How To Purchase One of Our Guinea pigs

Our Policies

We will keep all of our guinea pigs until they are a minimum of 5 weeks old to make sure they are healthy before sending them home. For those traveling on transport we will keep them until 6 weeks old if possible.

We do our best to make sure our guinea pigs are healthy to the best of our abilities, once you have picked up your guinea pig it is your responsibility to go over them to make sure they overall look healthy and that they are the correct guinea pig you are wanting. For an additional charge we can get a health certificate completed by our veterinarian before leaving our home. Once the animal is no longer in our care we are not responsible for its health. This includes once they are given to transport. All medical costs and expenses shall be the responsibility of the buyer. If for some reason the guinea pig passes within 48 hours of them no longer being in our care we will replace the guinea pig with one equal in value when one becomes available. In this case we do require we ask for immediate communication with us and a written document by a licensed veterinarian confirming the animals death.  This does not cover anything care or accidental caused.

We will not sell to anyone under the age of 18 years old.

Pricing/Payment

At this time our guinea pigs will start at $100 and go up from their depending on their genders and colors/patterns. To reserve a guinea pig there will be a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the cost of the animal, this is applied to the purchase price. The remainder of the amount will be paid at pick if doing local pickup, if you are using a transporter we ask that the remaining amount is paid before the animal is picked up, if not your deposit will be forfeited and the guinea pig will become available to someone else. We will not release any animals to a transporter without receiving the full payment amount. We can accept payments via Venmo, PayPal (family & friends), or Zelle. If for some reason the guinea pig passes or becomes unavailable for whatever reason after a deposit has been made, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Guinea pigs will be expected to be picked up within 3 weeks of them being of age to go home unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. If not there will be a $5 charge for each additional day they are with us.

We reserve the right to stop the selling process to you if at any point we deem you no longer a good fit for one of our guinea pigs.

Transport

We are located in Cheyenne, WY and can meet with you within an hour drive for free.

If you are further away no worries! There are multiple great transporters that can travel through and have your piggy tag along. Some transporters we suggest are Dunns's Critter Transport, Tiny Tails Transport LLC, and Hippity Hop Express are a couple options that can come our way. It is your responsibility as the buyer to provide or seek transport. If you decide to go the transporter route you will need to confirm with us on which agency you are wanting to use and a general idea on timing (month/day) of when the animal will be picked up as I need to make sure it works for us as well. As the seller we do reserve the right to refuse to work with certain companies if we believe they will not be the right fit for our animals.
